What happens next
1 We read your description and check it against the state's process.
2 You get the likely route, a document list and our fee in writing.
3 You decide whether to proceed on your own or with our help.

If your case is simple enough to handle yourself, we will tell you that too.

Please note

Send scanned copies only — never post original documents to us. We will never ask for your Aadhaar number, an OTP or bank details over a call.

Before you write

What to Have Ready

None of this is mandatory to contact us, but having it to hand means we can answer properly on the first reply instead of asking follow-up questions.

The existing certificate

A clear scan or photo. Most of what we need to assess the case is printed on it.

Where it was registered

The city or district on the certificate, not where you live now. This decides the authority.

The exact wrong and right spelling

Write both out letter by letter. The difference between them often decides the route.

Other documents with the correct name

Aadhaar, school records or a hospital record. These are what support a correction.

Common Questions

How quickly will you reply?

We aim to respond to case enquiries within one working day. Support hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST — messages sent outside those hours are picked up the next working day.

Is the first review free?

Yes. We assess what you send and tell you the likely route and documents at no charge. Our professional fee only applies if you ask us to prepare or handle the application, and it is quoted in writing first.

Do I have to send my documents to get an answer?

No. A clear description of what is wrong and the state of registration is usually enough for an initial view. A scan of the certificate simply makes the answer more precise.

Can you help if my application was already rejected?

Often, yes. Send us the rejection note along with what you filed. Most refusals come down to a missing or inconsistent document, and in many cases the application can be refiled once that gap is addressed.

Do you handle cases from outside India?

Yes. NRI cases usually run through the Indian consulate or embassy where you live, and documents for use abroad may need MEA attestation or apostille. Mention your country when you write so we can factor that in.

Prefer to Check It Yourself First?

The case checker on the homepage takes three questions and shows the likely route, authority and documents for your state — no contact details needed.
